In no circumstance can Virtual Currency or Virtual Items be exchanged with anyone for real money, real items or real services of monetary value. Trading Virtual Currency or Virtual Items outside the Game interface is strictly prohibited.
You agree that you have no right or title in Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
Your purchase of Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, transferable.
Yulonzo Ltd reserves the right to modify, manage, control and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items at its sole discretion. Prices and availability of Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are subject to change without notice.
You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk, and Yulonzo Ltd provides the Services on an “as is” basis.
You acknowledge that Services may not be free of bugs or errors and you agree that the existence of any minor errors shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.

Yulonzo Ltd makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Services and of the content of any sites linked to the Services.

If you use or misuse the Services, or if you violate these Terms or any other applicable rules, and that results in loss or damage or in a claim or liability against Yulonzo Ltd, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Yulonzo Ltd for that loss, damage, claim or liability. You also have to cooperate in Yulonzo Ltd’ defense of these cases. Yulonzo Ltd will use reasonable efforts to let you know if they learn of any claim on which you have to compensate or reimburse them. This will apply even if you stop using the Services or your account is deleted.
